Mouthwashing

Follow the lives of the crew as they weather starvation, isolation, and each other. People were never your strong suit anyway. Really brilliant character work is what really sets this apart from your usual yearly indie horror game. I initially thought I was going to get a somewhat goofy piece about a deep space freighter transporting mouthwash, but instead I got a terrible story about a crew stranded in space, slowly dying. Just a terrible and bleak time. That being said, if you're ready for an absolute slog of a story, you'll find a pretty incredible game underneath. CHRONO TRIGGER
